What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.

We ship from our warehouse in the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order delivery will take around 10-30 days depending on where the order was placed.You can see how many days the delivery is estimated to take in the checkout, before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over 100 EUR/USD/GBP. If you do not exceed this amount, your shipping cost and options will be estimated at checkout.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at Info@ollyofficil.store and we’ll be happy to help.

Your order is duty free and VAT is included, including any extra charges. Be aware of custom clearance at import charges when the package is displaced to your country.

SHIPPING COST

The delivery time varies and ranges between 10 to 30 working days, depending on your chosen shipping provider and delivery method.

When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an e-mail with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.

If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

RETURNS

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help you with the return and to issue a refund.

Returns must be done within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. 

The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to keep the original packaging and any documentation for reference. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you order a product that was purchased to receive a free item and wish to return the purchased item within the 14-day return period, you must also return the free item that came with the order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 30 calendar days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
